Can I upgrade from a monthly subscription to an annual subscription?
Yes, you can. However, there is no automatic plan ‘switching’ at this time. The best way to do this is to cancel your current monthly plan and sign up for the annual plan.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Profile, then to Subscriptions, and choose Cancel.
Cancellation details will be provided at that time.
Keep in mind, even when you cancel, you will still have full access to Ahoy until your subscription period ends (the remainder of your monthly plan or your annual plan).
How do I disable auto-renew on my subscription?
Auto-renew is enabled by default to make it easier to keep your subscription running (vs prompting you to manually renew each month). You will receive a notification a week before any renewal (monthly or annually).
To disable auto-renew, you’ll have to cancel your subscription. Keep in mind, even when you cancel, you will still have full access to Ahoy until your subscription period ends (the remainder of your monthly plan or your annual plan).
How do I reset my password on my account?
If you’re not logged in:
Go to Login, and click on the Forgot password? Link.
If you’re logged in:
Go to Profile, then My Info, and reset your password there.
Can I reset my progress?
Not at this time.
I would like a refund. What can I do?
We don’t typically offer refunds. However, if you run into a technical issue, please reach out and we’ll get you taken care of. If you run into a billing issue, please document it and reach out to Apple or Google directly for support as needed.
How do I cancel my subscription if I subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play?
You can manage your subscriptions directly with through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
